Road base, driveway rock, fill dirt, and base reject — pulled straight from the Red Hills west of Parowan, Utah. Loading and delivery available by appointment.
Everything we sell is mined and processed on site. No middlemen, no long hauls before it gets to you. If you need a quote on volume, call and we'll work it out from the stockpile.
Engineer grade for road and pad construction.
Clean, angular surface rock sized to lock together. The iron-tinted color reads warm and red against pavement and gravel drives.
General fill for grading, leveling, building up low ground, or backfilling around foundations and retaining walls.
Oversize material screened off the road base line. Useful as a low-cost rough fill, erosion control, or rip-rap-style base layer.
Bring your truck or trailer to the pit and we'll load it. Single yards or full loads — call ahead so we can have someone on the loader when you arrive.
Don't have the truck for it? We deliver around the area. Tell us the material, the volume, and where it's going, and we'll quote the haul.
Parowan Gap cuts through the Red Hills at the south end of Iron County, where iron-rich sandstone has been weathering into red rock for hundreds of millions of years. The same geology that drew the area's first settlers — and gave Iron County its name — is what we mine today.
We process material near the gap: road base that compacts hard, driveway rock that locks in place, and fill dirt for all your needs. The iron in the rock gives it a warm, desert-red tone that ordinary gray aggregate just can't fake — equally at home under a road, in a driveway, or set into landscaping where the color earns its place.
Operations are located off Gap Road in the Parowan Gap area, Iron County, Utah. Best to call before you head out so we can plan the visit.
